In this space you will utilize a combination of breath work, intentional movement, & sound bowls to address healing at a deeper level. The intention is for curiosity and awareness around what shows up in your body when you experience stress, anxiety, depression, & trauma triggers. This can allow for re-learning of old stories that no longer serve you and give space for regulation of your nervous system.
