All yoga practices in this space focus on breath work, curiosity over perfection, and nervous system regulation. The intention is for awareness around what shows up in your mind and body during challenging movement or stillness in a sound bath. Yoga shows us old patterns that no longer serve us, and when we work through those on the mat, we can feel the difference in our mental health off the mat.
