A trauma-informed yoga space for reconnection with your Self

Healing for mind, body, & soul, one movement & breath at a time

Explore the meaning of Trauma-Informed Yoga & embodiment

In this space you will utilize the combination of breath work, intentional movement, & sound bowls to address healing at a deeper level. Through inclusive & choice-oriented language, you are guided to be curious about what shows up in your body when you experience stress, anxiety, depression, & trauma triggers. This will allow for re-learning of old stories that no longer serve you and give space for regulation of the nervous system and decreased symptoms.
